Since the beginning of the Home, caregivers have served passionately to help young men discover hope for their present and their future, no matter how bleak their past may have been. Our current caregivers have the same passion, as well as the benefit of all of those years of experience of those who have gone on before.

All of our caregivers have voice and decision-making power as a part of the teams working on specific tasks at Westview. In years previous, caregivers were referred to as houseparents.
