01 Jun Westview Leader Speaks at Nonprofit Conference

Ron Bruner, Executive Director of Westview, recently spoke to nonprofit leaders from across Oklahoma at the Nonprofit Law and Finance Conference. The Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits and Philanthropy Southwest sponsor this regular event. The conference convened on May 18 and 19th at the Oklahoma City University Law School.

The theme for this year’s conference was “Strategic Sustainability.” Bruner presented two sessions: “The Challenge of Creating a Unified and Sustainable Team Culture,” and “Staff Retention – Building on a Sustainable Team Culture.”

The Nonprofit Law and Finance Conference is one of many nonprofit educational opportunities offered by the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits.

Over 190 attendees were present for the two days of sessions.
