Dennise Gonzalez

Dennise, and her husband, Doug, came to the Home in 1994 to serve as caregivers at Sweetwater House. Dennise became a Certified Childcare Worker as a result of her experience and training on campus. After a number of remarkable years as caregivers, Doug took over the Ranch, and Dennise assumed responsibility for Donor Relations. Dennise has handled Westview’s Donor Relations since 2000. Dennise handles every gift that comes into the Home, keeps records of each donor’s gift, sends thank you letters and receipts, mails memorial and honor cards, and coordinates our boys’ thank-you notes.

Dennise was awarded the Ed Deaver Service Award in 2005 for her outstanding care for the boys that make their home at Westview, and for her meticulous care of the relationships and correspondence that the Home has with its donors.  Dennise and Doug have two adult children of their own.
