Combined, the Westview team has hundreds of years of experience in helping young people. Historically, team members have had practical skills which are important to our boys and our campus: welding, plumbing, computer maintenance, construction, nursing, ranching, personnel, restaurant management, retail, teaching, and youth ministry. Some team members have college degrees (both baccalaureate and graduate) in business, education, psychology, social work, and ministry. The average team member has over 13 years of experience in working with young people and over 7 years of service at Westview.
